MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: ALTI-TTIP8 VoIP card broadband IP connection ( i.e. SDSL or T-1 .USB headset). If you do not have an AltiGen System or do not meet the hardware/software requirements, please contact us to schedule a demonstration of the SoftPhone and VOIP abilities.

ALTIGEN SOFTPHONE SETUP

STEP 1
In the Altiware Administrator, register ALTI-APS LIC 460 -01
Soft Phone seat License (ALTI-SDK LIC 460 -01 -05 -10)
Contact your Altigen dealer for licensing information. 5.0 release includes 5 connection licenses.

STEP 2
Plug the USB headset into your computer. (Plantronics DA60 USB-to-Phone adaptor recommended)

STEP 3
Create an IP extension in the Extension Config tab of Altiware Administrator
